The Green Action Trust is Scotland’s leading environmental regeneration charity and has been planting and managing woodland in Central Scotland for four decades. We are a trusted delivery partner for the Scottish Government and a wide range of stakeholders including local authorities, regional partnerships, landowners, environmental groups, and local communities. - Relevant academic qualifications or evidence of relevant experience delivering forestry projects
- Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and confidence in using GIS
- A positive, solution orientated and flexible attitude to their work
- Good knowledge of the Forestry Grant Scheme, WIAT, and urban forest management
- Professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Foresters is desirable.
Please see our Forester Recruitment Pack for more details.

This is a permanent, full-time position, based from our office in Stepps, North Lanarkshire (with home working). Flexible working would be considered. As travel within Scotland will be required, a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
