Every Tree Counts is a genuinely interdisciplinary webinar series about the challenges and opportunities at each stage of designing, planning, planting and establishing trees in the built environment, that empowers landscape architects, arboriculturists, planners and others to ensure that every tree planted survives and thrives.
Learning outcomes
- Better understanding of the challenges for trees in landscape e.g. design, quality of plants, standard of installation, maintenance afterwards
- Knowledge exchange, share good practice and learn different approaches to apply in their respective roles
- Feel empowered to apply these approaches e.g. ask for what is needed, get the right support and advice, maximise variety for resilience, drive nurseries for quality, enforce properly, maintain long term
