I am a chartered arboriculturist with over 20 years experience working in the private and public sector as a tree surgeon, contracts manager, arboricultural consultant and consultant Tree Officer for Bristol City Council.
I am currently the principal arboricultural consultant at Assured Trees Ltd, having formed the company in 2013. I work for a varied client base in all aspects of arboriculture including the production of tree management policies, hazard assessments, development site surveys in accordance with BS5837: 2012, planning applications, TPO appeals and subsidence assessments.
I hold the Royal Forestry Societies Professional Diploma in Arboriculture. I am a Professional Member and Registered Consultant of the Institute of Chartered Foresters, and a professional member of the Arboricultural Association and of the Consulting Arborist Society. I am also LANTRA certified professional tree inspector and a licensed user of the QTRA system.
