As a Chartered Forester and Rural Development Advisor, I support clients in the public, private and third sectors with forestry and related projects. I provide feasibility studies, appraisals, research services, evaluation and project development services in relation to resource, supply chain, workforce and market development across Great Britain. I am also a Lantra approved trainer and auditor for plant health and timber traceability schemes.
Recent work has included a sustainability appraisal of forest-based motor sport, a national skills and training review, local authority wide property management reviews with regard to opportunities for woodland creation, production of a suite of ancient woodland Higher Education training materials, and the preparation of woodland creation guidelines for a National Park.
I regularly work with a small team of trusted associates to provide additional skills and capacity.
