Are you passionate about the environment and want to make a difference? Then we have two exciting opportunities to join our new Strategic Environmental Policy Team. In one of these exciting and challenging new roles, you will support our cross-cutting work on strategic environmental policy, with a focus on interpreting and embedding the Sustainable Management of Natural Resources across our relevant functions. You will provide environmental technical and specialist advice and knowledge to shape and inform Welsh Government and Natural Resources Wales decisions, programmes, plans, guidance and strategies. You will deliver and support a range of projects and work in relation to environmental law, environmental principles and governance and international engagement. You will use your practical experience of working with people, organisations and partners to work with colleagues from other
teams in Evidence, Policy and Permitting and Operations Directorates, officials from Welsh Government and sector representatives. These roles are varied and challenging giving you a real opportunity for your continuing professional development.
