Glendale currently delivers in excess of £12m p.a. of arboricultural services to clients across the UK and now seeks a General Manager to head up our successful territory covering South London.

The Opportunity

This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader to deliver strategically important contracts offering the full range of arboricultural services. Clients include Croydon, Bromley, Southwark & Wandsworth Councils as well as, housing, highways, woodland, estates and private landowners clients.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of managing arboricultural services and teams and be able to drive productivity whilst ensuring our teams provides a quality, safe service. You should have a strategic outlook to enable continuous improvement, identifying opportunities and efficiencies along the way.

This is a hands-on role involving monitoring the progress of contracts and taking quick and effective action to maintain both high productivity and client satisfaction. You will have full responsibility for the contract accounts and overseeing the progress of works to meet the needs of our clients and financial expectations.
