Dr Jon Heuch has over 30 years worldwide experience of dealing with issues arising from trees from international/global issues, national surveys, and policies to disputes involving single trees. For the last 15 years, he has focused on issues arising from trees in South-East England assisting to develop high-quality sites with retained trees (i.e. planning permission), subsidence disputes where trees have damaged property, valuation of amenity trees for insurance, civil disputes, and public policy. He has also been Chairman & Trustee of the Arboricultural Association, LANTRA accredited trainer & expert witness.
